After graduating with two separate degrees in Communication & PR, and International Studies back in Romania, my endeavors took me to America, in the uncharted territory of the telecommunications and construction industries. Recognized as one of the Women in Construction of Colorado 2022, my path in this industry has been a testament to powerful leadership and unwavering ambition to grow and learn.
Back in 2021 I founded Thinkstor Global Strategies, driven by a mission to redefine success metrics for businesses worldwide. For me, my company is more than just a business; it’s a hub of empowerment, where I leverage my expertise to coach entrepreneurs and small business owners. Here, empathetic leadership meets innovation, guiding each client towards a bigger vision. My focus? To simplify their lives and foster sustainable business growth.
April 2023 marked a pivotal expansion with the launch of a new venture in marketing and digital products. Learning, resilience and courageous pursuit of new horizons are, and always will be, my top priorities.
My commitment transcends the bounds of business. As a Board Member and Secretary for the Romanian American Freedom Alliance (RAFA), I contribute to social causes with a humble listener’s ear and a teacher-student mindset. These roles are vital expressions of my dedication to community, human rights, education, and sustainable growth.
